Returns & Refunds

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/(them).

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received your returned item(s) and we are satisfied with the condition, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to the original method of payment. The time is takes to reach your account will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only faulty items will be refunded (Every item will be inspected before leaving our store and photographs will be taken for our records).
